This quality is commonly used at DRSS. To me, creativity is thinking outside the box. It is making the solution to a problem  unique and innovative. Lastly, it is showing a spark of talent in your work. At DRSS creativity separates boring from awesomeness. Without creativity at DRSS, everybody would become boring, everybody would be the same. DRSS just wants us to express our truest selves. My understanding of creativity changed. I always thought that being creative meant using color and staying inside the lines. I was totally wrong. I learned that creativity is expressing yourself. No one should have to stay inside the lines. The only thing that matters when you creatively think, is this question: How can I make this my own?
